This project was foreseen not far from the already finished group of four houses on Arni, on a flat lot right on the edge of farmlands. 27 single-family units of various sizes with diverse numbers of rooms were planned, with underground garage, all arranged in a rough ring on baked-up hills.
The concept is similar to the housing group in dietikon. Here there is no one central courtyard garden with pond area, however, but rather numerous smaller courtyards around which smaller groups of earth-covered dwellings are clustered.
